Subscription Types and Billing:
WealthOfHelp.com is an online subscription service to help you get the maximum benefit from public and private programs, including Unclaimed Funds, Government Grants, Job Opportunities, Educational Programs, Small Business Initiatives and other Charitable Non-Profit Organizations.

At the time you registered, you agreed to a specific term of subscription. For example, the term may be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. The term of your subscription will automatically renew for indefinite successive renewal terms for the same period as the initial term unless terminated by you or WealthOfHelp.com. If you registered for a trial subscription, the initial term begins at the end of the trial period, unless you cancel during the trial period.

Trial subscriptions are only available to first time customers of the WealthOfHelp.com service and cannot be combined with any other offer. WealthOfHelp.com may occassionally offer promotional programs that permit you to upgrade from one type of Trial subscription to another. You must have Internet access and a valid credit card or debit card ("Payment Method") to register for our service. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans. If you choose not to cancel after the Trial your membership will automatically renew. The cost thereafter is $39.95 for each additional month, or an amount indicated on your registration form. This subscription is billed directly to your credit card and will automatically be billed until you cancel your subscription. If you decide you do not want the subscription, simply cancel your account during the Trial period and no further charges will occur.

If you used a credit card you may be subject to a preauthorization at the time you order. The preauthorization is not a charge to the credit card. However, the applicable subscription service charge may be reserved against your available credit card limit. Please contact the card issuing bank, with questions regarding the pre-authorization.

By using the WealthOfHelp.com service, you are expressly agreeing that we are permitted to bill you for subscription fees and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the WealthOfHelp.com service. As used in these Terms of Use, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method, including a checking account, where applicable. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each successive renewal term thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription. Click on the "My Account" link to see the commencement date for your next renewal period. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by e-mail.

Automatic Renewals
WealthOfHelp.com primarily charges a monthly subscription fee but other term time periods are available and apply to this agreement. Your WealthOfHelp.com subscription will be automatically renewed for successive terms unless cancelled. We will bill the subscription fee to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive terms, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next term's subscription fees to your Payment Method.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription to WealthOfHelp.com at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS. To cancel, click the link "Cancel" on the "My Account" page and follow the simple instructions provided. You may also cancel by telephone during business hours. Please call us at (805) 624–6092 from 8am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday. WealthOfHelp.com does NOT accept cancellation requests via direct emails.

Fraud & Chargeback Rights
Claiming a charge as fraudulent to avoid payment for your subscription is illegal and any and all violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Your credit card company and the authorities will be notified.

Chargebacks issued for reasons WealthOfHelp.com deems as non-fraudulent and that WealthOfHelp.com feels you were provided with proper services and/or support will be disputed through your credit card company. It is your responsibility to notify WealthOfHelp.com of any problems you are having with your service immediately. In the event that your credit card company declines chargeback reversal, WealthOfHelp.com reserves the right to refer your account to a third party for collection in the event of default. You agree to pay all costs incurred in the enforcement of this Subscription Agreement and in collection of any delinquent amounts due, including bank fees, reasonable attorneys' fees and any other costs.

Any chargebacks that result from fraudulent activity will be investigated. WealthOfHelp.com uses Credit Card Verification (CVV2) and Address Verification (AVS) to validate your credit card. Your IP address and network host are recorded when your order is placed and when you log into any subscription based service. This information will be used to trace the order to the person(s) that ordered the service. All information on fraudulent accounts will be turned over to the authorities to assist in locating and prosecuting any and all guilty parties.
