The centerpiece of the Jobs Partnership of Florida is the 12-week Life & Work training process, which includes a biblically-based work disciplines curriculum along with employability skills to assist class participant in finding and keeping a career-path job. In addition, the process includes a strong mentoring and job counseling component, along with job placement and removal of employment barriers through a network of employer and community partnerships.
