Unclaimed Funds

Millions of dollars are found each year. These funds belong to people just like you.
In some cases it's property or money left behind - in an old bank account or lost utility deposits, for instance. In other cases it's money they're not even aware of, such a inheritance money, life insurance proceeds, refunds etc. Find out if there's any unclaimed property or money that belongs to you.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) provides deposit insurance to financial institutions and their customers. If a financial institution goes out of business, the FDIC is appointed to refund any customers money in checking or savings accounts up to a certain limit.

If you or a person you are searching for had an account with a bank or other FDIC insured financial intuition, and that bank when out of business and you never received a refund of your account, you should check with the FDIC to see if you have money waiting for you!
