Job Training

• Many companies offer on-the-job training. In the current economic downturn, both the Federal Government and State Governments and stepping up to help by providing job training grants. These job training grants are distributed to qualifying companies, which then in turn can leverage these funds toward employee training.
• Job training programs can also be found in local community colleges, trade schools, etc.; oftentimes free-of-charge for qualifying members of the each community.
